If I log back into the server desktop again, and launch outlook, I end up with these two screens again: The product is activated initially by prompting you for your Office 365 login. ![]() If I close outlook and logoff the server and launch Outlook seamlessly again (storefront), Outlook opens but I get that blank window from above. If I enter my password, and continue logging in, Outlook opens, creates my new OST and I can access my mail. If I log into the server XenApp server directly with the same user and launch Outlook using the same command lines, I see the outlook splash screen and then this: I've let it sit for hours hoping to just see an error, and nothing. It fills it in and I just have to hit connect to continue.Īnother window pops up, which I believe is supposed to be asking for authentication, but it's blank.Īnd then nothing happens. When starting Outlook 365 (I've tried multiple versions, right now I'm at the latest monthly) I get prompted for my email address. I was finally able to reproduce it by wiping my user profile and starting from scratch. After a week or so of testing, I started getting complaints about Office applications not working.
